Whether you're looking to purchase The Light's gift vouchers or to hire one of our meeting rooms, our friendly customer service team are always on hand to make sure your visit to The Light is as pleasurable as possible.

The team are proud to have been awarded the Welcome Host Plus certificate part of the Welcome to Excellence training programme and are dedicated to ensuring that you always receive a high level of customer service.

The Customer Service Suite is located on the upper balcony level and is open Monday-Saturday 9am - 6pm.
